There's not much difference between little babies and big babies (worth noting); they're just bigger, that's all. Despite their size, they will never outgrow their need for nappies or diapers. They may know how to use the potty, but that should not be allowed to become a habit. Bigbabies need to be reminded what diapers are for, and there's only one way to find out. I believe that diapers can be part of a successful relationship, there's 'something in it' for everyone (teehee). It's the nature of diapers to be in control, and mommy controls the diapers. Your baby is very fortunate to have a mommy like you, and should be more than willing to accept that he's the one who wears the diapers in the family!! Needing a diaper change is an essential seat-of-the-pants experience for baby. And if mommy thinks her baby looks extra-adorable in worse-than-wet pottypants, then that diaperchange should be put off until sometime later (oh, who knows when, doesn't matter). All baby needs to worry about is diaper rash, and that's not so bad, is it?
