I've always kinda wondered the same things. People think it's cute if I wear a diaper now, but will it still be cute at 35 or 45? It does scare me a bit.
I can't imagine being a full time ageplayer--it just doesn't mesh with the fact that I have an adult life that I enjoy very much. But I do wonder if playing will take a lesser role as time goes on, and my partner and I get busier with 'real' life.
It'd be interesting to hear from some people in longer-term relationships (say 10+years) about how they've worked the play in over time.
