make it even easier goto http://www.stevengould.org/software/cleanup/download.html download cleanup! (its free) install it then run standard cleanup ..... will do it all for you and actually should help your puter speed up (the first time mite take a long time) but you can surf while its running... ive been using it for 5yrs now and it works great! gets rid of alll my LG and spanking stuff
