but I have a couple of suggestions.
Try double or triple even layed nappies so that he cant walk, just waddle a bit.
Or (a bit more extreme) scold him and/or slap his legs everytime he stands till he gets the idea he cant walk anymore. This takes a bit of dedicated and reinforcement on your part but he will quickly learn when he has a nappy on hes not to stand.
He may be suggestable enough for hypnosis.. and you could try that, its a kink for some people. Some claim sucess, some dont.
