Have you tried the NUK range little one?
Thats what most ABies use as they are in proprtion to a real dummy but with a larger shield and teat, the NUK range goes up to sizes like the maxi trainer or Medic pro which was designed for speech therapy application.
The bulb on them is fuller and flatter and sits more comfortably in an adults mouth.
They are available from many places around the world and I know suppliers in a few countrys, just tell me which country you are in and Ill post the webaddress of the best place to buy here for you.
