Sorry Anais for the late reply. Since I am in diapers 24/7 anyway, I wet almost at will.
What has worked for me filling up on fluids and ready to burst.
1. Run your faucet with warm water, and wash your hands in the warm water.
2. Rain for some reason works well for me. I will go inside, but leave my plastic raincoat on awhile, sit on my b/f's lap, and get the urge!! (Wow double protection, hehehe!)
3. Hold your pee, take a warm shower, get into your diapers and plastic pants, then sit on his lap!
