Male or Female

There are lots of chat places and forums for diaper fanciers but they seem to be 70% Male – and quite a percentage of those who do show up as F give one the impression that they are in fact Male but masquerading as Female.

I know that the IRC chat group #toiletsex on undernet has what appears to be a fairly even M/F split and allthough diapers are a minority interest there diaper-girls seem as common than the boys.

This group is so different in that the majority seem to be Female.

Is this an illusion – or is everyone pretending their gender?
