Well....If I was that construction worker....I'd stand there and watch...until you spottet me. Then I'd wave you over to the window...and hope you'd open it.
I'd then just tell you that you are the prettiest girl in the world...and that I just saw you do the prettiest thing I could imagine ;o)
But I'm no construction worker...and I live far away :-/
