That would be an incorrect assumption. I am a Systems Administrator by trade. However I have done a few sites in my day, and am familiar with forum software installations, MySQL, customizations, some java, dhtml, html, php experience. A little PhotoShop experience as well.
I am not a professional webmaster, and the service I offer is of no charge. I also know of a few good hosting companies. More bang for your buck, with all sorts of extras to make setup super quick and easy.
