I can see the goth thing, I know a few AB goth girls and they just do it differently... I am not a "cute-pink-cuddly" Ab girl. I have a faceless bear called Lucifer, I sleep with a giant cuddly any called Geoff, my toy monkey has a kalashnikov, I have lots of facelss goth dollies...
It is just my thing... I am not a cute, fluffy adult and I am not a cute-pink-fluffy AB. I think my hard limits would include frills, I am never going to wear a pink frilly dress.
I guess the connection is there, because of the 10 or so AB girls I know personally 3 of them are goth or punky.
I am also involved with the BDSM scene but I think that is pretty common.
