I totally understand how you feel because I, too, had a similar problem. To this day, I have a very difficult time relieving myself in front of someone. As far as relieving myself in a diaper, I have gracefully scaled the mountain and now have no problems. This is what helped me:
When you are alone, I would write down my thoughts and feelings as to wearing a diaper, peeing in a diaper, and the effects this act has on my relationship.
Then in a second session, when diapered I would do the same thing.
Compare your writings. I was asked to this by my former Master on many occassions for various types of play. By comparing your writing in the vanilla state vs the kinky state, I was able to clearly see my mindset, which helped both of us to overcome whatever glitch we were facing.
However you choose to overcome this in your life, always remember you are precious. Give yourself time to work thru this...there is no race!
