hmm, for that look, I might suggest a visor-cap (the open top type, not a baseball cap)
a large stuffed animal.
Maybe some of those colorful rubber balls for tying your pig tails.
Some cute brightly colored bracelet(s) or maybe some colorful scrunchies on your wrist.
