I've never gone 24/7 but for about a month last year when I wasn't working I wore them 5 days a week, then I got a nappy rash :-( Also one time I peed too much and my diaper leaked onto my pants in public, that was embarassing! Nowadays I only wear diapers a few times a month, often I take a nap on a Sunday afternoon in diapers and of course I wear them all the time when I'm with daddy. Maybe I'll wear them more at night now it's getting colder. I love being zipped in my all-in-one feety pj's with a thick diaper and plastic pants on underneath all warm and snug and with no need to get cold getting up to pee in the night.
