Well,I am sorry you weren't able to stay longterm with either Miss 30-going-on-16 or Miss 20-going-on-11!
Since my ideal role age for the girl is more like 11 MONTHS than 11 years,there's no way a public-passing sideline could work with that,though there was one online gal I got to try diapers (we never met irl) who loved playing preteen(she was 20 too) and if things had turned out differently I might have adapted to her style;perhaps the right woman into my kind of thing could change your mind too.It's always the person who makes the difference more than the particular flavor of play.
Frilly pink party dresses and white tights connote more of the 5-year-old than 11-year-old to me,though of course diapers are unusual for real 11-year-olds let alone 16-year-olds.So when your girls passed in public were their diapers noticeable?(With girl above I was discussing possible backstories of her being developmentally disabled,teased by her peers,etc...she actually wanted to live the role 24/7 (relationship including sex),I doubted that was practical,but in the end she wound up with her supposedly ex bf due to circumstances beyond my control).
I agree that the combination of appropriate costume and skilled actress (if the girl considers it acting?) makes a difference in being convincing,though I expect that over time a gal's ability to convince would fade.I wonder how far things COULD be taken realistically.
