On shyness: In my adult life I'm not at all shy, I'm a total extrovert, outgoing, vivacious and outspoken to a fault. However, when we are playing I'll often act shy as it seems very girlish. I'll hide in daddy's lap if something "scary" comes on TV, talk quietly and sometimes hang my head and also giggle a lot.
On humiliation, yes that is a part of the relationship. For instance, I'll often pee my pants before I turn up at daddys. One of the first things he does is check them. He has this wonderful way of gently chastising me and eliciting the humiliating details "oh you've wet yourself honey" "look you've peed your pants" "when did you do that?" "did anybody see?" "did the neighbours see?" etc.
There's also "fantasy humiliation" that we talk about but don't actually do - being taken out in a short skirt with visible diapers/plastic pants/frillys, being taken out in track pants with a bug bulky diaper bulge underneath, being changed in front of people. Daddy will also say he is going to bring the neighbours down to see his baby girl when I'm in my diapers having my nap.
