Have just spent the last half hour or so reading (catching up) on all the messages posted since I last tuned in a few weeks ago. Somewhere down the line we seem to have lost that safe, friendly protective environment that is so important to LG's.
Don't pretend to know or understand what is going on, but surely on a board teeming with men trying to convince the ladies that they would make a good Daddy, and aimed at encouraging ab/lg's to come out of the closet so to speak, we're going wrong somewhere?
Its getting very bitchy at best, and downright nasty and spiteful in places at worst. Not exactly the sort of environment that would encourage a new baby girl to come forward and take a chance to get to know someone.(unless she brought her rottweiler with her!)
No, this isn't aimed at anyone specifically, just an observation, after reading up the board. Not looking for a deluge of abuse, and hate the fact that I feel on the defensive although only stating opinion/ making observation.
When I found this board was delighted, seemed I'd found a safe and nice environment andI could finally chat, make a few friends, find a Daddy, and ask advice on any ab questions I had. It's not very nice now, hope this is just a passing phase or I'll stop visiting and just stay in touch with friends by e-mail.
