*I* don't particularly need to know more about you David, but I would think that a woman looking for a Daddy might. Consider what I'm offering you here David as a friendly suggestion between two people who share goals: I've found my special slave, while you're still seeking your special LG/AB. I've been in your shoes, so I'm offering my help to you.
Consider that there are thousands of Daddies out there who advertise as you do: "looking for an LG or AB girl." I can't imagine any woman responding to all of those advertisements. Considering her limited time and resources, why should she respond to your ad? What makes you uniquely different from all of the other Daddies in the world?
I think about advertising for a partner the same way I think about sending out a resume (curriculum vitae): selling oneself. If you were looking for a job, would you post a one-liner to a job forum message board saying, "I'm David, a (fill-in-the-career-here) from the UK. Email me if you're looking for (your career)?" Frankly, if I did that, I wouldn't expect to receive a single response.
Tangentially, I'll note that I feel I know so few of the people here in large part because so few of them talk about themselves, their vanilla interests, the stuff that makes up 90% of their daily lives. Sure I know who's into OTK spankings, or wearing disposable diapers, but within a kinky forum, those details are pedestrian. I'd like to know *you.* That's how I make friends. Because I don't extend friendship to others simply because we share a kink or simultaneously occupy a list-group, but rather I make friends with those who share my ideologies, my interests, and the many, many things I do for fun.
Share yourself if you like David -- or not. Whatever works best for you. But based on my experience, I've found that opening up oneself creates many more opporunities for friendship and love, so you may want to consider what I've written here.
