Mat, this isn't your call to make. If you suspect that a person doesn't belong here because s/he is a minor, then you should *privately* alert the moderators, and then drop it. The decision is then out of your hands. The moderators are here to investigate these matters, and these decisions belong to them and them alone.
But by publicly calling attention to her instead of privately alerting the mods as you should have done, you're actually calling your honesty and your intent into question. Frankly, I'm skeptical.
So for future reference -- alert the mods or drop it.
