How did you get into being an ABgirl...on your own or thanks to a Daddy?

I was asking about how you "do better" when changed into diaper and T-shirt.(I expect the fact of the daddy taking your grownup clothes off you and putting on a diaper and baby apparel helps put you "in little space",but wonder if it helps you sleep when told to nap?
