I can assure you, the Empire State is not a dry State :-) - try SIDNY (Still In Diapers NY) it's a cool group and they have a personals board. I think the main problem is that for straight people there seem to be more guys than women out there who are (openly) into this. You can also try dpf (diaper pail friends) that's nationwide but you can search by State. I met my daddy via an ad on that site. Good luck.
