Yes, there are *many* women with diaper desires and/or age play desires. Contrary to what most believe, I'm convinced that there are as many women with these kinks as there are men.
Personally, I've dated about 20 women with diaper/age play desires. I'd venture that I've met over 100 such women face-to-face, through ABDL or BDSM munches, parties, events, etc. And most importantly, I met my slave in the old Yahoo ABDL room. she was *way* into diapers before I met her.
My advice -- start a get-together, and make it very women-friendly. Cater to their needs and interests and give them an equal opportunity to participate and lead, and you'll come across many women into diaper desires or age play desires face-to-face.
