I have to say that I don't feel comfortable exploring the sexual aspect of diapers with a woman whose introduction to them came from medical rather than erotic reasons,it feels like profiting from her misfortune even if she doesn't mind at all.
I love the idea that a woman,once she started using diapers because it was a turn-on,could LEARN to really need diapers,and embrace that dependence as an intensification of her delight...but it's something where I think the cart really mustn't come before the horse.It HAS to be her choice to lose control.
