I'm sorry you're having a rough time. If it's any consolation friends of mine who use plain vanilla online dating/chat have had some similar experiences. A lot of valid points have already been made but I would like to add one more: maybe you're not doing anything "wrong" at all, it could be simply that people get freaked out about doing something so "dirty" and although it's hurtful to the other person the natural instinct is to turn around and run away and hide from these "shameful" feelings you have. It's sort of similar to the periodic "purging" of baby/diaper items that many ABs/DLs go through, trying to start over and be "normal". I don't think this applies to the walking HIV test you were corresponding with - obviously YOU should run away from HER, but the other two may quite simply have got freaked out. I wish you better luck in future interactions.
