I know that I am guilty of this too.
My life is at times highly chaotic. There are times that I have a LARGE amount of free time on my hands, and then something will happen and POOF not a second to myself.
Occationally I will get an email from someone and I'll want to respond so so bad, but its like the milisecond that I sit down long enough to formulate some kind of reply - the world falls apart again and I gotta be Super Woman and glue it back together again. (I think this post is serving as a mass reply to some worried friends - please excuse me for using this for that purpose)
I have IM services that load when my computer gets turned on and sometimes others that share my computer with me forget to close them, so at times I will show on line but never say hello.
I'm not trying to be rude, I guess it just happends naturally.
For ME this is normal to those that know me only on line, they have gotten used to it even if they hate it. Though they always know that I come back to em as soon as I can.
Mind you, I always honor my responcibilities on line, be that to run an e-list, continue with moderator duties on a forum, ect. So sometimes it may give someone the impression that I am just ignoring THEM... honest.. that isnt the case.
I dunno if it is the same with you Mr. Andy, your girls might just be rude little girls, but maybe not, huh?
