First rule: NEVER force her to do something she doesn't want to do. If she says she doesn't want to use her diapers, then that is that and be happy that she willing wears diapers in the first place.
What you should do is encourage her by using sexual pleasure. Remind her how good it would feel to be warm & wet right down There. Maybe pour a glass of warm (not hot) water down into the front of her diaper to give her a better idea.
