I am ADHD. I wonder if part of the link is that a proportion (I think it is 60% of ADHD kids and teens) are bedwetters because ADHD people sleep very deeply. Then maybe there's a sub-group within that 60% of ADHD bedwetters who actually like waking up in a warm wet bed or wearing diapers because of the bedwetting. That would include me :-)
