As a Brit, I should imagine it has its roots in our history of domination, of male supremacy over women, our lack of emotion, our love of discipline, our monarchy and probably all the other shit things about the nation.
Don't get me wrong, I love the ABDL world, but national stereotypes usually result from the negative aspects of a nation, certainly when those nations have done so much damage to the world.
