I don't see why anyone here, man or woman, need post ISO's. As soon as a gal posts one, the board gets a swarm of replies like, "where are you from?" and "do you poop in your diapers?"
Why can't we all simply talk with each other? Aren't we more interesting to each other than simply, "who's available?" Our kinks have infinite topics of discussion, so let's talk about them, men and women together, and if during the course of those talks, some folks want to email privately off-list, then more power to them.
You mentioned a male-female "imbalance" L.E., but I don't think one really exists. I think women into our kinks are truly equal in number to that of men, and would show themselves in greater and greater numbers if we treated them with the respect that *everyone* deserves.
