Relax dude... just messin' with ya. Okay, now to your question. You wrote...

My experiences with diaper kink date back to 1989, so here goes:
- my first submissive was my girlfriend from high-school -- together, on and off, for more than 3 years. Diapers and DLG were a big part of our thing.
- dated ten or twelve submissive women over the years that I met through local BDSM groups. I dated most between a month and six months. All but one expressed a strong interest in DLG and diaper play -- particularly diaper punishment. Was together with one gal for a year and a half, though she wasn't into diaper play or DLG. To her credit, we explored this play often, and she taught me a lot about other kinds of play that she enjoyed. I'm definitely a much more complete Daddy Dom thanks to her and to the others I found through BDSM channels. And I had lots of fun. :)
- dated one submissive woman I met through college and one I met through grad school. Both had always fantasized about DLG play, and were fun girls. One I dated for a month, the other about three.
- dated one woman I found on Alt.com. dated two I found through the DPF roster.
- went on a few dates with a gal from work, who as it turned out, was a member of a local BDSM group, and was very into diaper punishment.
- dated one gal I met at my local watering hole, who I immediately knew was submissive, and later discovered her long-time interest in DLG play. We dated for almost two months.
- found my slave over two years ago on the Yahoo ABDL chatroom. she's my perfect match, physically, emotionally, intellectually, and sexually. We've been living together for a year and a half, and our relationship has never been hotter or stronger.
I'll say this about all of these women -- all but one enjoyed DLG and/or diaper play, the DLG or diapers was never the main obstacle to going further with any of them (other things were, like goals, personality conflicts, past issues, etc.), and all of the women are super smart and great looking. Lots of beautiful submissive women out there who are into DLG and/or diaper play.
Have my interactions been consistent or have they evolved over time? Well, I'd say that the core kinks have been consistent, but perhaps that I've evolved over time. My kink interests have broadened substantially, while my understanding of being a Daddy has become much clearer. Over the years I've also become much better at spotting submissive women, and better at getting inside of their heads.
Of course, I go to a lot of BDSM meetings, (and I've presented my fair share) so I've listened to the ideas of many Daddies and countless submissive women. Listening to them, the kinky women in my past, and to my own heart has helped me enormously to forge my own kink understanding. So yes, I would say that for the most part, my experience has been one of evolution.
