Answering my own question...
In the two girls that I played with, one of them enjoyed the diapers, the other didnt.
The first one enjoyed them because it helped along the believeablity, that and it made her feel naughty. She'd wear every other session we had. She liked it more for the believeablity as well as the concept of being a child, helped her get more into the mood.
The second wore for a few sessions, she didn't mind the diapers, but wasn't particularly excited about it. She was the one who usually enjoyed being the bratty ten year old. I implimented diapers as a means of "Bedwetting" problems, which initially sounded like a good idea, but she was quite turned off by wetting which is understandable.
So again, it depends on the girl, and the age they play in my opinion. Because there can be ones where diapers are put into play with an older girl, and no diapers for the younger ones.
