Hi A,
We both know you're not a "hater" on this board, but I'm sensing that your logic about who we are is getting a bit cookie cutter. I'm basing this observation on several posts across several threads, but not merely on the above.
Preface -- your heart is in the right place. You obviously want to help, and you've got the uncommon, common-sense to offer it. But keep in mind that not all diaper folk seek a "loving relationship" as you describe above. There are many reasons why paid sensual services (vanilla or kink) have persisted over thousands of years. Those who enjoy such services should be as free from our judgementalism as we would want them to treat us and our kinks.
Speaking to the commissions these escorts (Pro-Dommes, Pro-Nannies, etc.) charge, they are quite fair. Here in the US, the average is about $200-$300 per hour. Remember, competition is fierce for domination services, and consumers are savvy enough to know what a fair price is. Furthermore, I'm certain that a "weeding out" fee is built into these costs. (Do you realize how much harassment these professionals endure?) A Pro-Domme who charges $100 per hour receives too many "bad clients," while a Pro-Domme who charges $400 an hour receives too few clients altogether. In sum, the average price for pay-for-domination services aren't at all abusive but are driven by market demand, competition and built-in costs.
Finally, yes, you're correct that many diaper folk suffer from shame, unhealthy shyness, and that many have difficulty finding a partner, but pay-for-domination services do not contribute to these challenges IMO. Rather, I believe that sometimes a quality session can help a shy, underconfident man find new strength even more than therapy can.
Remember, there are many roads that lead to the land of happiness. Those who find theirs by uncommon pathways aren't wrong for doing so, so long as they are kind to themselves and to others along the journey.
