I really think the site is pretty gender-neutral, and I don't think they're the prickly sort that would object to references to heterosexual relationships. At least, they voiced no such objections in the past.
As to opening a segregated topic for the purpose of discussing men like you and I training women, I personally don't see the need. The site is run by a couple who happen to be two women, and describes the training of one woman by another. Even though this is the case, they've made no point of saying that the message board simply be used to discuss F/f diaper-training, and as such, I'm under the assumption that it is intended for everyone.
