If you don't have a pattern, do this. After you wrap the towel around your bottom, take a Sharpie or other marker and trace an outline of your bottom, as it fits comfortably, more or less 5 inches, my guess and cut it out.
Now you need plastic protection. Buy some clear soft plastic from a place like Wal-Mart. Cut it a little bigger than the diaper.
Buy some velcro for both, unless you can sew. If you can sew, you rock!!!
