The issue of "the dynamic" is an important one in any sexual interaction - even one in which partners are alone with their naked bodies and their passion - no props - no role-playing.
Hard, intense, brief or slow and gradually escalating. Intimate or impersonal. Limits, safety, trust can all be issues here as well.
I cannot speak for other Daddies, as they all have their own experiences, so I don't pretend to be an authority on what their journey has taught them. They speak fairly well for themselves, and what you will read on this board are accounts from many men who have searched a long time, often for most of their adult lives, for a LG who wants a Daddy. You don't read many solicitations for a "submissive girl who will let me diaper her," or a "kink girl seriously into diapers."
It is true that many Daddies would settle for such, but it does not appear to be their primary desire. Most would prefer to find a LG for whom submission to their Daddy DEFINES their sexuality, and that, in my experience, and virtually ALL of the other Daddies (for whom being a Daddy DEFINES their own sexuality) I've discussed these matters with concur - that fine-feathered LG is a rare bird indeed.
The specific natures of their ideal scenarios (LG age, extent of continence, dress, level of discipline, degree of immersion, may vary widely, but most have affirmed to me that their perfect LG would be one for whom a general Daddy/LG dynamic and arousal from wearing/wetting diapers has existed since they first became sexually self-aware and will remain the cornerstone of their sexual identity forever.
I have diapered many women, but I have known only two for whom this has been true.
