Yes, though that's true of any kink interest. However, I've found that most submissive women are more concerned with the dynamic than the equipment or accoutrements. For example, if she prefers a Daddy/lg relationship (sans the diapers), but Daddy prefers Pampers as part of that dynamic, then she's often willing to push her limits to meet his desires. That is, *IF* her lg needs are being met in that dynamic.
Of those many, many submissive women out there, a substantial portion consider Daddy/lg their primary dynamic, and a great many of them are (or would be) interested in diapers as a part of that dynamic. The notion that diaper desires are rare among the fairer sex is a fallacy. Just look at all of the women here on this bulletin board to suggest otherwise. :)
