My guess is that you could have your pick of daddies. The Men are much more vocal about their interests and would probably fall all over each other to baby you. Typical play involves a lot of control issues.
Daddies often enjoy the dependence of the "little girl" better known as "AB". The thing to keep in mind is that your taste for pleasure is unusual *not* wrong. Don't feel any guilt whatsoever. Live and let live. If you are afraid of being found out - be very careful in choosing your daddy. Not all daddies are necessariy trustworthy (same as picking any mate). When you are certain that your new daddy has ethics, then let him know by inches what you like - if he doesn't respond then you need to keep looking. The hardest part about this interest is that task of finding "mr right" is a little more difficult.
Good luck! Don't get down on yourself. There is nothing cuter in the world than a girlfriend in a wet/poopy diaper that needs some attention. (in my book)
