I know exactly how you feel with this my sittuation is simular.
I don't really have any advice i can give sounds like you've reached the point i'm not letting myself think about yet.
just thought u might like to know that people are feeling for you, the only thing i can say is don't carry on if in time it's only going to hurt you and her. (I'm still hoping to get around or through my problem)
