If you are very very tired, have hot bath and have drank plenty of liquid (hence bottle) it happens naturally. You are comfortable, warm and too dog tired to wake up! Not sure if this fits either above category, but even so in worst case scenario, would wake up with very full bladder at some point during night, wet nappy and slip back into peaceful sleep, so either way wet in morning which is the desired result!
