Regarding the 24/7 thing, what happens with regards to when baby has her periods?
Not sure how you'd get round that one it would be a bit yukky to say the least.
Obviously since most ab's are men this hasn't really been discussed, (and at least on this score the male sissy babies have the advantage on us genuine baby girls).
I'm not sure I would want to wear a nappy at this time of the month, but have wondered how you get around it if you're training someone to need their nappies 24/7.
