I think that it would be great for reinforcing the role, but like all babies would want to cuddle up with Daddy in Daddy's bed occasionally.
Very often I think the little things count - like coming home wet (as stated re dates) but also things like Daddy holding my hand to cross road (as not wearing reins) and when getting home not just being put in nappy and dumped in crib, but being told off for wetting and re-establishing baby status in response. Also love the idea of being put in a nappy after sex. I think a bottle on Daddy's knee and a bedtime story before bed would be nice too. In fact since this would be a special night after going out and not just another day, this would be a good time to let baby sleep in Daddy's bed. Maybe you feel that she shouldn't in this scenario? I would hope Daddy would forgive baby though as sleeping in Daddy's bed would be a perfect climax to a really special evening. (but then I'm easily pleased! smile)
Like you I know what I want to ultimately aim for, I think the better the relationship, the more inclined I would be to stay in the baby role and enjoy Daddy having control. Realistically though, I think it would have to be approached gently at first. This is a personal thing as it takes me time to develop trust and I need to be sure and feel secure before handing over that amount of control unconditionally.
Hopefully by this point I would be happy and secure enough to want to be in nappy as often as possible.
