This is an interesting thread and I wnated to chip in as a fellow LG.
Firstly I completely agree with you about the 24/7 thing, there is no way I would have any interest in fully losing control or being trained to do so. Also there's a strict demarcation for me between work and play, daddy never even calls me at work let alone has any expectation that I'd wear any kind of diaper/incontinence pad etc. there. In fact when I had a personal ad up looking for a daddy I found the replies I got offering to diaper me 24/7 a complete turn off. I just thought "get real - like anyone with a job could do this" as I read it. There are people who are into this as a lifestyle but it wouldn't work for me personally, it's just a safety valve to explore my inner child again in the midst of the stresses of everday life.
Golden showers/watersports are a different fetish but I reckon that a certain proportion of AB-types are also into this. I've read messages on this board by several people who are into sitting on daddy's knee and letting go. Daddy and I both love it when I do this or when I wet the bed all over us both first thing in the morning (on a weekend, totally impractical on a work morning) I've also greatly enjoyed giving (and on one occasion receiving) golden showers in previous relationships.
In our relationship it is not our dynamic that daddy is leading the dance. We both put in and I would say there was a pretty equal power balance overall between daddy taking charge and discipling me and me setting the direction with cute or bratty behaviour. This wouldn't work for everyone but it works for us.
