I still feel so sad, I don't think life is worth living if I can't be "normal." I have never found a woman in my real life who was interested in any of this. Of course, I've only brought this up to two women. As far as my age and interests, I am a 27 year old male in Philadelphia with a good high paying job and a beautiful soon to be ex-girlfriend. But I hate myself and want to die because I like to wear diapers and wet them to get sexually aroused. I also like to suck my thumb with my baby blanket and drink from a bottle. In addition to these things, watching another adult female do them is sexually gratifying. I also get aroused by treating her like a baby or a little girl by giving her a bottle and changing her diaper. My girlfriend tried this with me and I loved it but she hated it. Unfortunately, she pretended to enjoy it for many months before she finally confessed that she was completely disgusted by it. She now says she can't bring herself to have any kind of sex with me, even "normal sex," because she can't handle the disappointment. I often lose my erection during "regular" sex and can't finish. Her comments about being "disappointed" hurt so bad, I feel like I am always carrying around this huge secret that if anyone else knew they would be disgusted by me. I am in psychoanalysis 3 times a week for over $1200 a month. I feel like giving up. Has anybody else been in my situation? Have you really been able to accept this as part of your life and find a partner willing to do the same? Right now, it seems impossible to me but I am filled to the brim with much self-loathing.
