Excellent! Now that I could whole heartedly live with, you can get the kind of poise or tena incontinence pants that are very much like pull ups most parents use for potty training that would be ideal, that way Daddy makes sure that baby keeps her baby status, they're not noticeable, so no-one else is going to be aware of it. (Important because no-one likes to be subjected to public ridicule)
Also being dressed up as an adult still wearing what amounts to needing a nappy (whilst out for evening for example) would be a sexy little secret shared that would definately have me wriggling and squirming in anticipation at what the rest of the night holds for me. It would also mean that I would be on my best behaviour for Daddy (as always! note the halo!)as I wouldn't want anything to spoil things.
I wouldn't bother with incontinence pads though, would probably just feel like sanitary towel and wouldn't make you feel like a baby. I do think its important for Daddy to reinforce the baby status as much and as often as possible since he should be in charge and know whats best for baby.
As a baby the last thing i would want is someone who gave into me all the time and let me get my own way because he was too weak or inexperienced to know better
