I know that diaper changing/disinfecting has to be done with an eye to avoiding diaper rash,and that a trainee's enthusiasm needs to be kept up by avoiding pitfalls.(I had IRC contact with a newbie diapergirl who deliberately got diaper rash...ONCE).
Can a purposeful wetting really be called an "accident"?
