Well,I'm more comfortable with "training" in the direction of learning to use/need diapers,not to use the potty...little baby girls grow up but adult baby girls shouldn't!
I have been exposed to the issues you raise but of course everyone has to work through them in practice and find their comfort areas.
I like setting rules and seeing them followed and would work best with someone who made a good fit with the rules I wanted her to follow.
How do you feel about secretly using diapers when out and about in your big-girl clothes?
