For the record,I am not the same as you when it comes to 3...indeed,I would sooner there were no diapers in a relationship than wear them even once.I think it violates the definitions of the roles for the Daddy to be diapered.
As far as "accidents" go...are you talking about "onpurposes" or the consequences of deliberate training to lose control?I'd be a lot more indulgent of a gal who was losing control to please me/gratify her taste for role,than of one who was doing it to make me dance to her tune.Something agreed-and-deliberate would be different again.I agree with you that the baby has to learn that her diapers are changed when Da-da feels like it...and a girl who doesn't like the feeling of WET diapers is not really cut out for using diapers...
