I can only respond from my own perspective,of course.(I'm a man who'd like to be an ABgirl's-daddy).
1.A "troll" is someone who posts insincere messages calculated to provoke a hostile response,for amusement.
2.I agree that fakes,including "female impersonators",are one of the hardest things to deal with on the net.
5.(out of sequence because also easily answered) "Golden showers" (urinating on partner) is its own fetish,usually not connected with infantilism,though some may be into both.I've never been attracted to doing that and certainly not to receiving it...though I can accept some effects of sleeping with a partner who has learned to wet in her sleep (so if I don't keep her diapered thickly enough it's my fault if she gets me wet!)
3,4,6.I do see my role as a dominant one,and would not be comfortable with a "brat" ABgirl who was contriving to make me revolve around her more than I liked.There is an exchange going on between the partners here...she agrees to become helpless and he agrees to provide the thus-needed help.A woman whose diaper-dependence (or deliberate use) is not voluntary is not making a sacrifice for the man's pleasure,if she is not in diapers for erotic reasons,being her diaper-changer is not erotic to me.(It heightens the eroticism,at least in fantasy,if an initially voluntary involvement in diapers escalates to real dependence,but that takes a good deal of commitment from both partners.But the initial involvement must be the act of a willing adult).Different couples will have different dynamics,some like discipline scenes and the girl is deliberately "bad" to provoke punishment.I prefer more cooperative scenarios though some training/punishment can be needed.
Perhaps for this reason I prefer a younger role age than most diapergirls,down around the crawling da-da-goo-goo stage.But this would take a good deal of adaptation for both partners to accomodate,and of course...all of this has to be done by two people who love each other!
