So, let me get this straight: you brat to see if you can top from the bottom? To me, those two things (bratting and topping from the bottom) are essentially the same thing, so I must admit that I find your behavior (especially in a chatroom, where I must admit I detest to see roleplaying) to be counter-productive to attempts to find what you want: a Daddy who will not allow you to top from the bottom.
You, my dear, seem to have fallen into a behavioral trap that seems to be accepted in society (especially among women) to refuse to communicate or reveal any sign of weakness in order to "test" people's reactions. In doing so, you maintain control of the situation (and the relationship), and as such, I can't help but see this as contributing to a generally screwed-up attempt at power exchange (or any sort of relationship).
Passive-agressive behavior, though sometimes condoned by general sentiment (stereotypically among women) is not a proper way for anyone to conduct themselves. No one should have to jump through invisible hoops to please their partner; it just isn't fair, and will yield no fruit, so to speak.
Personally, I DETEST games and bullshit, and wouldn't put up with any such thing for a minute. Would I punish you for it? No; I'd ban or block you immediately and move on to someone a little less inclined to play stupid games.
