You're making an argument for irrational paranoia, and perpetuating the BASELESS belief that, for some reason, a person "needing" to meet someone off of the internet must be doing so for some sort of hidden, malicious motive. The VAST MAJORITY of people that are victims of violent crimes such as rape and murder are victimized by FAMILY MEMBERS, not "weirdos" they met off of the internet.
This sort of irrational paranoia, and the seeming assumption that guys into kinky things are for that reason dangerous keeps, a lot of people (paranoid women and the men they're afraid of )unahppy and alone. Really, I think such thinking would be best kept to yourself.
