Very interesting,and I wish you the best for mommyhood as well as babyhood!
I expect your doctor knows you need diapers,if not why,and that shouldn't itself be a complication for your pregnancy.Women often have bladder control problems caused by pregnancy anyway.But of course delicate condition needs to be respected in terms of punishments and so forth.Take it easy and soon you should have two little role models!
